About these terms

Current store availability

You can browse products and use the shopping bag. Online payments are not currently enabled. A product listing or an item in your shopping bag is not an accepted order, a reservation of stock or a charge to a payment method. Please do not send payment-card information by email. Ordering and payment details will be provided before an online purchasing service is made available.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review each product page for the model, included items, condition, specifications and any stated offer. Images illustrate products; screen settings can affect how colors appear. Check electrical requirements and compatibility before choosing a device, and follow the manufacturer’s safety and operating instructions.

VARELIQA is the store identity. Third-party product names and trademarks, including T3, identify their respective brands and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish that VARELIQA is the manufacturer, an official brand website or an authorized dealer. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to its actual terms and eligibility; no additional manufacturer warranty is promised by these terms.

Catalog prices and availability can change. We may correct listing errors. Any change affecting a submitted order must be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law; these terms do not permit us to charge a different price without agreement.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping policy for coverage, charges and delivery estimates, and our Returns & refunds policy for eligibility and instructions. Contact us before returning an item. The published business address is not automatically the return address.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site’s operation, introduce malicious software or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use as permitted by law.

Content and external links

Website design and original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce protected material beyond uses allowed by law. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

The website may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free from errors. Please tell us about a problem so we can investigate.

Our Privacy policy explains information handling and privacy requests. We may update these website terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing transaction. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.
